So hari ni macam nak cerita la my bad experience dengan food panda , okay cerita dia macam ni semalam macam malas je nak masak malas pulak nak pergi tapau mana2 since kena stayback kat office till nite, so dalam mindset ni nak order through foodpanda je la .
Actually this one my second time guna foodpanda service ni, yang first tu okay je , yang second ni pulak tetiba rasa macam spoil je, sebenarnya rasa macam sakit pulak hati ni dengan customer service foodpanda ni, call dah few times tak jawab and text dekat facebook messenger pun dah tiga kali text pun nobody reply. Totally bad customer service!
Okay semalam i order then payment tu buat la transfer online, then tak lama tu dapat email yang my order was cancel , too bad kan , lesson for me jugakla kat sini next time never choose payment through debit card or internet banking!Never!
So after i dapat email ni, pergi la text dekat FB messenger tu tanya anyone can assist me ... surprise sangat kan till now they dont reply pun i punya text tu, even after tu pun i ada jugak text for the second time , third time pun no reply . Oh well hello apa punya la service macam ni, poor customer service kan. Call tak jawab, text pun tak reply !
So after i dapat yang 1st email tu mentioned i punya order then they sent me second email , mintak detail untuk refund process , immediately i reply their email kan, after that takde any update pun from their side. Refund tu pun tak tau la berapa hari akan dapat or burn gitu je sebab tak tau any status kan.
Lesson dekat sini guys, for me and uolls too kalau buat food delivery gini pilih la payment method tu cash je sebab bila dia orang cancel tu dah susah gini, kalau jenis customer service yang excellent tu tak pela kan ni jenis macam ni tak nak reply call tak jawab haru jugak la kan!
